This fix for ERDAS APOLLO 2010.1 is cumulative of all previous fixes.
Imagery & WMS/WCS
- Seams in mosaicking of datasets for an aggregates with mixed SRS are fixed during reprojection by improving the mosaic algorithm and better handling of the NULL values set on the aggregates. [EAP-4180]
- When the Data Manager sets a NULL value on an aggregate, default imagery decoder now sets the NULL value to fill areas resulting from a subset request that falls outside the original raster extent during portrayal and mosaicking. [EAP-4610]
Vector & WFS
- WFS GetFeature with GeoRSS as output format now works even when legend is enabled for portrayal. [EAP-3591]
- DGN v8 files now render correctly in ERDAS APOLLO. Updated the DGN Connector to use master units by default. To manually set this up, make sure the configuration contains a directive setting UNITS to IGDS_MASTER_UNITS in the providers.fac file. [EAP-4588]

This fix can be applied to your installation of ERDAS APOLLO 2010, Version 10.1 in order to correct these issues:
- In ERDAS APOLLO 10.1, if you tried to edit layers on a WFS-T using the Edit tab of the ERDAS APOLLO Web Client, the layers that were editable didn't always appear that way. Now, all of the layers that are editable will be correctly shown as editable. [EAP-4475]
- When using ERDAS APOLLO Essentials SDI 2010, Version 10.1 with Feature Interoperability, the Feature Interoperability didn't automatically start as it should when the Tomcat application server was started as a Windows service. If you apply this fix after installing 10.1 and Feature Interoperability it will correct this issue. [EAP-4480] NOTE: The workaround that was given in the 10.1 release notes achieves the same end result as this fix, so if you have successfully applied the workaround, no further action is required.
- In ERDAS APOLLO Advantage and Professional 2010, Version 10.1, you could not use the Clip, Zip, and Ship feature in the Web Client to download images in ECW and JPEG2000 format unless you had licenses for both ERDAS APOLLO and ERDAS IMAGINE. This fix allows you to successfully download images in these formats using only your ERDAS APOLLO license. [EAP-4490]
- Previously, when you made a GetFeature request to a WFS and requested a JSON output, the output would not display the dates enclosed by "" and the array type properties would not be shown properly. This fix corrects that issue so that the JSON outputs are correct and consumable. [EAP-4503]
- In ERDAS APOLLO Advantage and Professional 2010, Version 10.1, you could not reproject ECW images in the Web Client if you were using the ECWP plugin. This fix allows you to successfully reproject your ECW images using the ECWP plugin. [EAP-4505]
- In ERDAS APOLLO 2010, Version 10.1, the server component would sometimes display pop-up exception messages while handling ECW or JPEG2000 images. This fix corrects this issue so that the server component can successfully process the images without any pop-up messages. [EAP-4519]
- You can now successfully activate the cots-srs-ntv2.jar file to transform images of Spain from ETRS89 to ED50. [EAP-4523]
- When using the ERDAS APOLLO Solution Toolkit 2010 to develop your own metadata harvester for custom resources that you wanted to add to your catalog, the harvester method of the GenericItemMetadataHarvester object did not return any reference to the newly created GenericItem. This method now returns a list of GenericItems to allow post-harvest operations. [EAP-4534]
- In ERDAS APOLLO 2010, Version 10.1, the custom resource crawler could only properly read any GIM metadata files that used ASCII characters. This fix allows the crawler to read any GIM files that use Unicode characters. [EAP-4552]
- The Polyconic projection was fixed, and the definition of the Ind-I datum and geographic system (ID 46003) has been added to the system. [EAP-4587]
- This fix will allow ERDAS APOLLO to successfully create a vector service provider for shapefiles with Chinese feature layer names, regardless of the locale of the computer hosting the ERDAS APOLLO Server. [EAP-4148]

This fix corrects a problem where ERDAS APOLLO's Clip, Zip, and Ship consumes an IMAGINE Essentials license unnecessarily, if the output format is ECW or JPEG 2000. With this fix, Clip, Zip, and Ship will not require any ERDAS IMAGINE license, regardless of the output format. This fix pertains to these products only:
ERDAS APOLLO Advantage 2010, Version 10.1
ERDAS APOLLO Professional 2010, Version 10.1
This fix does not pertain to any other products. The download contains a readme.txt that describes where to place the fix's DLL binary files in your installation of ERDAS APOLLO Advantage or Professional 2010, Version 10.1.
