What's New in ERDAS Support

November 18, 2011 - ATCOR Fix 2011.0.A.1 released by GEOSYSTEMS GmbH.
October 14, 2011 - As you know, ERDAS is now part of the Intergraph family, represented in the new Geospatial Business Unit. As part of this transition, we would like to make you aware of a few upcoming changes that will impact your interaction with the customer support team.

Effective Monday, October 17, 2011, you will notice several updates to the ERDAS support website and phone system. With these changes, ERDAS distributors and direct-sale customers with SWM will receive new Siebel login credentials via e-mail. To prepare for this transition, you can view the new Siebel eService User Guide here.

After logging into the support site, the link for creating and reviewing support incidents will now redirect you to Intergraph’s Siebel eService customer portal. Siebel eService will allow you to create, view, update, and generate reports on support incidents. In addition, the “Manage Company Logins” link will no longer be available.

Contacting U.S. customer support via telephone will now route you to Intergraph’s IVR phone system. You will notice that there are menu options for ERDAS technical support that will direct you to ERDAS support staff.

We understand these are significant changes and want to assist you in making this transition as smooth and efficient as possible. We value our relationship with you, and welcome your input. October 07, 2011 - ERDAS APOLLO 2011 Version 11.0.2.1 hotfix released.
September 28, 2011 - ECW for ArcGIS Server, Version 11.0.2 released. This updated product adds to ArcGIS Server 9.3, 9.3.1, or 10 the capability to serve ECW image data to clients via WMS and WCS, and replaces the ECW for ArcGIS Server 2011 product released April 07, 2011.
September 27, 2011 - ERDAS APOLLO 2011 Version 11.0.2 released, with add-on updates for ERDAS APOLLO Essentials - SDI (Windows and Linux), ERDAS APOLLO Advantage, ERDAS APOLLO Professional and ERDAS APOLLO Solution Toolkit. A new Data Manager full installer is also available. (Enhancement downloads for SWM customers only, and require a login associated with a valid SWM account. SWM customers of distributors must request the files from the distributor.)
